| Inflatable: | A kite with bladders that must be pumped up with a hand pump or compressor for structure prior to flying. The bladders give the kite its rigidity and performance. The kite can be deflated and fit into a bag the size of an over-sized backpack. Inflatable kites use bladders in the leading edge and ribs (struts). When the bladders are inflated by pump, the kite forms the flying shape. |
